After making the Slam team things got EXTREMELY busy, but now I leave Tuesday, the writing is done, gotta memorize like one MORE piece but that's not a big deal at all. got a camcorder so woowoo, :D

That is the site for the podcast and at the moment the only thing there...is a place holder :D
But believe we'll be doing a podcast, though I may end up doing the first one alone as a test, unless I'm able to meet with my people, but who knows.

Yes, yes my people...whether that be 3 or 4 people I'm unsure, but someone's going to be looking soon aren't they?
This site is going places TRUST ME, now that I've got Grandpa---err Phoenix I mean :X working with me on this I have extreme WELLS of hope that this will be moving places soon.
I'm currently working on something that will be sort of a trailer, or something...I'm still brainstorming on that, for the site.
Also, going to be doing a rough sketch of some flyers that can be made for this site and send copies to Phoenix and to anyone else willing to hand them out.
In the (not to distant future I hope) I'm planning on doing podcasts for this site I know a place where I can do it and where to get the software, I'd just need to find a place to go to record and have hosts and what not.
This can and will work.

We're working on something right now, and by WE I mean me and my friend Phoenix Clouden. We're trying to get this site out there, cause...well...I for one don't plan on letting it die and I doubt he would either. We're currently working on flyers which we'll hand out in the real world?! OMG THE REAL WORLD?! Yes the real world, flesh, people, humans. Mostly in the poetry spots, and libraries, perhaps even movie theaters.
Also working on a site logo, which I plan on doing very soon as well as something to introduce the site, like some intro music or something...I'm trying, and should have it up soon.

Welcome to the very early stages of Spit-Poet-Spit :D
I've done a few sites before and honestly they fell flat, but I'm feeling something different about this place, something that makes me think this could possibly succeed. Time will tell whether I'm right or not won't it?
This site, I'm hoping, is basically for people who want to share in poetry, who want to do something BIG in a small way. Whether it is talking about Slam Poetry, Spoken Word poetry, Haikus, Tonkas etc. whatever you want!! Or if this is your first time coming across this crazy thing called poetry that's cool too, come and learn.
It's 3:04pm on March 15th, of 2008...hopefully a promising start for a site and community that will support each other when it comes to this thing called poetry.
